Happy New Year!!

Well, I hope 2010 is as great if not better than 2009. What an amazing year we have had. G's graduation and baby Linz.

Today was crazy at work - I kid you not everyone in that hospital wanted to code today....I ran up and down floors; back and forth on units....ugh...
Tomorrow will be slow as heck which means it will drag. Even thou I ran my butt off today it went by quick. No OR cases tomorrow and nothing on floors because the docs won't be there so pretty much just ED and EDX....I'm going to ask to leave early. I have plenty of stuff I need to do around here.

We found a house I really like but I was hoping for 4 bedrooms and a bonus just because Mom & Dad are living with us now. I just don't want to move again after this one. It is on 1.7 acres so we could build an In-Law suite/ apartment thing later...that might actually be better just because everyone needs there space. I just think Landon needs his own room. With his ADHD sometimes he gets a little "crazy"...not as bad now that he is on the Addreall but he needs his own "space" to go to when he is overstimulated. I just can't have Linz and Logan share a room forever. I know it will work out. I have faith.

Have lots of diggy pages done and lots of site to share. I may move my blog and sort of start over...havent decided yet...to tired tonight to worry with it.

I can't see straight...

It' Tuesday....thank goodness....

I'm sick, Logan's sick and now Linz is sick. The house is a wreck. Laundry everywhere. Prepare food...kids don't eat it. Homework. Homework. Awana's Versus. Make lunches. Work. Homework. Hubby works all night and sleeps all day. Did I mention Landon's HOMEWORK!!!

I'm tired and I feel like I can't keep up. I'm so lucky to have my parents with us right now. I know it's not ideal for anyone but I am glad they are here because at least my kids have clean clothes to wear and food fixed for them.

This brings me to my next thing. My Mom is starting a blog on grandparenting. She really needs some constructive critisim and ideas. She would really love to make it something that can really help people. So, if you can hop on over to Grandparenting
and read what she has so far. Give her some ideas and then maybe pass it on into your cyberworld that would be awesome.

I really want to post about the kids and show off some of my scrap pages but I am sick and can barely keep my eyes open...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...so off to bed I go.

Time is just slipping by...

Okay...It's been about 2 months since I blogged...guess what...I went back to work. LOL So, I really want to be better and so here we go again.

I'm loving work. I'm so blessed to have a job I love and to work with such awesome people. (even the annoying ones keeping me smiling)

Landon is doing great in school. Still not up to 2nd grade level, struggles with Math but he has been making 100's every week on his spelling. I'm so proud of how hard he works.

Logan is enjoying pre-K. He is learning to write his name and doing a great job. He is in gymnastics and he is a natural. Of course he is a natural at whatever he does. He informed me he now wants singing and dancing lessons....I of course thought to myself...he might need richer parents. He idolizes Zac Efron.

Lindsey is getting so big. She is such a miracle.

Mom and Dad are living with us...it is crowed but truthfully it isn't so bad. Everyday I pray that whatever path God wants for them will show it's way.

We are going to have to put our beloved Copper down tomorrow. It totally sucks but he is old. He has had both knees replace and he can't hardly move anymore. He is in horrible pain. We love so much. I know he will be happier running up in heaven with God and his angels.

week by week...

Okay, so it's been over a week since I posted...so sorry. I'm really sad I missed my Scripture Sunday because that helps me so much. I like having my time for devotions.

I have a bunch to share. I want to share this awesome blog I discover today. As, so many of you know our Landon has severe learning disabilities and ADHD. Well, I joined a group called CHADD and received this great email from with this BLOGin it. The story is great. We have many of these types of communication problems but the best is the one that happen today actually.

I was baptised today. I was baptised as an infant but decided I wanted to let God and all know that I, the adult, have chose God as my savior. So, anyway I was talking to Landon about Baptism and why I was doing it. He looks at me with the most confused, wrinkled face and says "Why does God care about your back tires?" I was trying not to crack up because he was so serious. It helped once we got to church and he saw the ceremony. I just wanted a private baptism with my immediate family. It was perfect and I'm so glad I did it.

Well, the boys both have started school. Landon in 2nd grade and Logan in Pre-K. They love school. I'm so glad. Especially with Landon because he has such a hard time. He is really really behind the other kids but he like loses it if you talk about keeping him back. Although, none of us are sure that keeping him back will actually help him learn any better the 2nd time around. We just pray the meds help along with other strategies.

We went to the beach this last weekend and it was wonderful. My Aunt and Uncle have a beach house about 2 hrs south of us and they live in California so they aren't ever there. My brothers family also went and we had a blast.

I start back to work next Wednesday. I'm excited and sad all at the same time.
